I'm not even sure how you think you could be successful now if you aren't coming along to our Innovation workshop on 28th February (10.00-4.30pm in Westminster, Central London). The workshop is being run by Ruth Needham - the most incredible host, both inspirational and warm. If I wasn't going to be in Canada, I'd be there. This workshop will inspire you to get creative and, in my mind, that's the first step to being successful. It's £75 for the day and you can book via the front page of our website.
I am feeling a little successful today. My husband (my most critical judge) gave me the thumbs up on my blog. So, not only did I finish it, but I also realised how important praise, from someone I rated, was to me. That's a triple success - learning about yourself, accomplishing something and noticing that you've accomplished it.
This week's workshop is great fun. It's a perspectives workshop - how can you find the 'successful you' within and use that success on the rest of your life? Come along and find out.
Think about something that didn't go as well for you as you'd wanted it to. What did you learn from the outcome?

Believe you me, this weekend has had me in total knots. I have so many things to do that I really don't know what to do first. Prepare for our launch in Canada? Start writing my book? Catch up with the week's work (having lost a bit of time on snowy Monday)? Or, it's the weekend after all, hang out with my kids? If you want to see what advice my son gave me, check out my blog. Otherwise I can tell you, I did all the fiddly, non-creative things first to give me some space to work on the creative stuff later. But I hate having to make decisions. Luckily this week's workshop will sort me out and stop me asking my husband 'What would you do if you were me?'
What could you achieve if you knew what was important?

We've just had incredible research done on Life Clubs by Charlotte Style, a Positive Psychologist at the University of East London (thanks to all of you involved). The results showed that Life Clubs make people happier, more hopeful and more confident. I'll tell you more about it in a few weeks, but it's great research and very exciting.
This week's workshop, Mirror, Mirror is a great start to all that happiness, hopefulness and confidence. It's all about making a list of your qualities which sounds difficult, but there's a trick which makes it incredibly easy - and incredibly illuminating. I'm sure you'll enjoy it and get a lot out of it. If you'd like a little fairy story on mirrors, have a look at my blog.
Our next Resilience workshop on 28th February (10.00-4.30pm in Westminster, Central London) is about Innovation and coming up with your own ideas for the future which will again make you happier, more hopeful and more confident. You'll learn all about creativity - how to make space for it, how to find new and different ways of thinking creatively and how to get new perspectives for your future. It's £75 for the day and you can book via the front page of our website.
What qualities would you like to discover in yourself?
