You’ll never believe it but ... (courtesty of Junior magazine, December issue) ... children from a remote Columbian village journey to school every morning using a zip line to cross a 1,200 foot drop over a raging river. There is no bridge between the two mountains, so the children use their own pulleys to make the hazardous journey, reaching speeds of up to 30mph. Talk about “how the other half live”!
